Hensons’ Inc. will NOT deliver material off of paved or hard graveled surfaces within three (3) days of the most recent rain.

Even so, Hensons’ Inc. cannot guarantee that our delivery truck will be able to access your desired dumping location. 

Should our driver arrive and note the following:

 *The ground at that time too wet and driving off would result in damage and/or getting stuck

*That coming off of a hard surface drive will do damage to your property

*That the truck will not fit to navigate to your dumping location

*Additionally, any other reason to believe damage would occur

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED either in person by the delivery driver on site or by the yard manager/driver via the phone number provided.

Once notified, should you wish for us to proceed, you are assuming the responsibility for the damages done.  We will need this in writing by either signing off on our delivery sheet or sending an email asking us to move forward stating you have been made aware of the risks.  Should you not be at the delivery location or we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to return to our yard with the material still loaded.

Adequate truck access will be determined by both management and our drivers.

When deliveries are placed, please be specific in giving not one, but two options for a dumping location.  This may better help us navigate around certain issues.
